在水库移民过程中,移民的文化适应性问题关系着整个移民工作的进程。少数民族地区的移民,面临着比一般移民更复杂、更困难的情况,他们在新定居地出现了生产方式、生活方式、身份、宗教信仰、精神上的不适应。针对文化不适用的原因,政府应找到解决文化适应性的对策建议,实现社会的和谐发展。

In the process of reservoir resettlement, cultural adaptation problem of immigrates influences the total process of resettlement work. And general resettlement comparison ,Minority resettlement faces more complex and more difficult circumstances, so Minority immigrates are not adapt to the mode of production, way of life, identity, religion, spiritual at the settlement as quickly as possible. According to the reasons that reservoir immigrates don＇ t to adapt to the culture, the government should find solutions to solve cultural adaptability problem and let harmonious development of local society come true.
