摘要
作为组织的发展,往往与社会发展息息相关。随着社会的不断发展,政治行为已慢慢渗入到组织当中。这里结合有关现象,分别从个人和组织两个不同的方面分析了组织行为产生的原因,并针对问题提出了构建完善的绩效评估体系;公平、公正、公开的薪酬和升迁制度;畅通的信息沟通渠道;规范领导管理风格;鼓励员工参与决策和管理;培养员工的团队合作精神等对策,主张以此来规范组织的政治行为,促使组织机制顺利运行。
The development of organization is closely related to the social development. However, with the continuous development of society, political acts have been planted into the organization gradually. The paper analyzes the reasons for political acts of organizations from two aspects of individual and organiza- tion. It puts forward specific measures: to construct perfect performance evaluation system; to establish the fair, equal and open rewarding and promotion system;to create the unblocked information exchanging channel; to standardize the leadership and management style; to encourage the employees to participate in management and decision-making; and to cultivate the team spirit.
