摘要
地方高职院校具有高教性和职业性,地域特征也比较明显。其全员绩效考核评价体系的构建,既要立足管理、专业技术、工勤等岗位的职责要求,又要切合学校实际,着眼学校的长远发展,应使之充分体现科学性、高效性、公平性、人性化特点和优势。
The local higher vocational colleges bear the features of both higher education and vocational ed- ucation, in addition to their local features. The all-staff performance appraisal system of local higher voca- tional colleges must he based on the demands of various positions as management, professional techniques, and working attendant. It should be suitable for the present situation and the future planning of the school, which will fully embody the characteristics of being scientific, efficient, fair and humanized.
