摘要 目的探讨纳米碳示踪技术在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫中的应用价值。方法 41例乳腺癌患者随机分为常规组和纳米碳组,改良根治术后清扫所得全部淋巴结进行病理学检查,并进行比较。结果常规组检出278枚淋巴结,纳米碳组检出483枚,常规组检出率明显低于纳米碳组(P<0.05)。结论采用纳米碳示踪技术可提高乳腺癌淋巴腋窝结检出率,进一步保证病理的准确、详实,对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫范围有指导临床的意义。 Objective To study the effect of carbon nanoparticles tracer in the axillary lymph node of breast cancer. Methods Forty-one patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the routine method group and the carbon nanoparticles group. All the axillary lymph nodes were evaluated pathologically after the operations. Re- suits of pathologic examination were compared. Results 278 lymph nodes were examined from the routine method group. 483 lymph nodes were examined from the carbon nanoparticles group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Adoption of carbon nanoparticles tracer in pathological examination of breast cancer surgery can increase the examined number of lymph nodes, and ensure the correctness of pathologic report, thus it may provide the clinical guidance in the axillary lymph node dissection for breast cancer.
