摘要
金龟子绿僵菌是一类应用广泛的昆虫病原真菌,在害虫的防治中起着重要作用。研究发现MicroRNA能调控基因表达,继而调控生物体生长发育的各个重要环节。本研究采用特异的茎环RT-qPCR方法,对15个绿僵菌miRNA进行不同诱导条件下的差异表达分析;结果表明,在蝉蜕诱导过程中,15个绿僵菌miRNA的表达水平呈现下降趋势;在血淋巴诱导过程中,15个绿僵菌miRNA的表达量差异存在以下2种情况:即man-miR-2等表达水平显著升高或者man-miR-6等显著下降。这些显著差异表达的miRNA可能在绿僵菌侵染昆虫的过程与定殖于昆虫体内发挥相应重要的作用。
M. trol of several anisopliae , as a class of entomopathogenic fungi, play an important roles in the the biological con- insect pests. Many studies have found that microRNA can regulate gene expression, which in turn regulate the important part of growth and development in many kinds of organisms. In the present study, the dif- ferential expression of 15 M. anisopliae miRNA at different induction conditions was analyzed by specific stem - loop RT- qPCR methods. The results show that: the expression levels of all 15 Metarhizium miRNA show a downward trend in cicada slough induction process, while expression differences of 15 Metarhizium miRNA exist in the following two situations: the expression levels were significantly increased (such as man -miR -2) or de- creased( such as man- miR- 6) in hemolymph induction process. These miRNA with significant differences at the transcriptional level might play a corresponding important biological role in the process of infecting insects and colonization in insects.
