Comparison of Multi- component of Chrysanthemum in Anhui

比较安徽省几种药用菊花总黄酮、总酚、总糖含量。采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以芦丁、没食子酸、葡萄糖为对照品,对菊花中总黄酮、总酚、总糖含量进行测定。结果表明,不同产地、不同栽培类型的菊花几类成分含量有一定差异。

To compare the content of total flavonoids, total phenols and total sugar of Chrysanthemum in Anhui. We use rutin, gallic acid, and glucose as standard, so the content of total flavonoids, total phenolics and total sug- ar in chrysanthemum was determined by UV - VIS spectrophotometry. The results show that there are certain differ- ences in the content of several components,because of different habitats, the cultivated form of chrysanthemum.
