摘要
本文对FXBW-500/300复合绝缘子进行破坏试验,给出了球头金具与芯棒摩擦力大小的分布;通过对复合绝缘子关键联接部位解剖及关键联接部位工艺的分析,给出了复合绝缘子球头金具与芯棒联接处数学模型的简化思路与方法;对比复合绝缘子试验承载能力完成了FXBW-500/300球头(球碗)金具塑性变形的数值模拟及标准载荷下2D数值模型塑变联接处数值模拟;为使用软件研究复合绝缘子的动态特性奠定了基础,也为生产厂家了解压接部位受力分布以及生产工艺改进具有一定的意义。
Determination of the size distribution of friction which generated between the ball head fittings and the mandrel of FXBW -500/300 composite insulator is tested through the destructive trial. The simplified ideas and methods of the mathematical model located in the junction of the ball head and bowl the mandre are given. Com- pared to its withstand load under laboratory conditions, the mathematical model can withstand standard load, with laicl the foundation for using software to study the composite the dynamic characteristics of the crimping composite insulators. It is significant for the manufactur to know about the situated and connected parts as well as improve producing craft.
