特殊儿童家长参与的权利——英美两国有关特殊教育立法的述评 被引量:28

The Involvement Rights of Special Children's Parents ——On the Related Legislation of Special Education in U.K.& U.S.A.

摘要 相对于一般儿童来说 ,特殊儿童的教育权益更容易受到忽视和侵害。如何切实维护特殊儿童的合法教育权益 ,是关系到特殊教育发展的重要问题。本文详细介绍了英美两国的特殊教育立法状况 ,即通过加强特殊儿童家长的参与性权利 ,提供相应的分歧处理程序 ,文章最后就我国现有情况提出了改进建议。 Compared with non-disable children, special children's education rights are more vulnerable to be ignored and violated. How to protect the legal education rights of special children is important to the development of special education. This article introduces the legislation of special education in U.K.&U.S.A., and highlights the strengthening of parents' involvement rights in special education, and providing due process procedure. Finally, several suggestions are made to improve related legislation in our country.
