摘要 目的检测P-AKT及PTEN蛋白在肺癌中的表达,分析两因子与肺癌的关系,为肺癌的诊断和治疗提供理论基础。方法采用免疫组化Maxvision二步法检测P-AKT和PTEN蛋白在肺癌组织和正常肺组织中的表达,同时使用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 P-AKT在肺癌和正常肺组织中的阳性表达分别为72.2%(57/79)和18.2%(2/11),PTEN在肺癌和正常肺组织中的阳性表达分别为36.7%(29/79)、72.7%(8/11),两因子均与肺癌的淋巴结转移和分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌组织中,P-AKT高表达和PTEN失表达,检测两因子表达可以为肺癌的诊断和治疗提供参考。 Objective To detect the expressions of P-AKT and PTEN proteinin lung cancer tissue, analyze the relationship between the two factors and lung cancer, to provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Methods Using immunohistochemistry Maxvision two-step method to examine the expressions of P-AKT and PTEN in lung cancer and normal lung tissue. Datas were analyzed by using the SPSS 13.0 software. Results The positive rate of P-AKT protein in lung cancer tissue was 72.2% 57/79 ) and 18. 2% ( 2/11 ) in normal lung tissue ; The positive rate of PTEN protein in lung cancertissue was 36.7% (29/79) and 72.7% (8/11) in normal lung tissue,and the expression of the two factors was related to the metastasis of lymph nodes and differentiation extent (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The overexpression of P-AKT and the down regulation of VI'EN can provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
