The correlation study between Gamma-glutamyltranaferase and left ventricular ejection fraction /Nterminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in plasma for patients with heart failure

摘要目的评价心力衰竭(心衰)患者血清谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)与左心室射血分数(LVEF)和血浆N末端脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)的相关性。方法对120例慢性心衰患者在入院24 h内行血清GGT、左心室射血分数和血浆NT-proBNP检测。结果左心室射血分数在低水平血GGT水平较高水平组显著增高(P值均<0.05),而NT-proBNP在高水平血GGT水平较低水平组显著增高(P值均<0.05)。结论心衰患者血GGT水平与左心室射血分数和血浆NT-proBNP密切相关,GGT对评价心衰严重程度有重要的临床意义。 Objective To explore the correlation betweenGamma-glutamyhranaferase （GGT） and Left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）/plasma N-terminal proBNP （NT-proBNP） for patients with heart failure. Methods Detect GGT, LVEF and NT-proBNP within 24 hours after hospital admission, 120 patients with chronic heart failure were included in this study. Results LVEF increased as the concentration of serum GGT increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, however, NT-proBNP increased as the concentration of serum GGT decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The concentration of GGTfor patients with heart failure was correlated to LVEF and NT-proBNP, and it was important for clinical evaluation of heart failure.
