普拉洛芬联合氯米龙滴眼液对预防LASEK术后Haze的意义

Effect of Pranoprofen combined with FluorometholoneEyeDrops on preventing the occurrence of Haze postoperative of LASEK

目的 探讨普拉洛芬联合氟米龙滴眼液在准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术（LASEK）术后的临床应用价值.方法 选取行LASEK治疗的120例240眼近视患者,随机分为两组,每组60例120眼.对照组术后单用氟米龙滴眼液点眼,试验组术后联合应用普拉洛芬与氟米龙滴眼液点眼,观察两组术后角膜刺激症状及术后并发症角膜雾状混浊（haze）发生情况.结果 治疗组的角膜刺激症状在术后3d内较对照组明显减轻,两组间比较具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,而术后第5～7d两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.术后两组不同时期haze发生情况,试验组明显低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 普拉洛芬与氟米龙滴眼液联合应用能显著减轻LASEK术后炎症反应,缓解术后早期角膜刺激症状,有效预防haze的发生及发展.

Objective To explore the application of Pranoprofen eyedrops combined with fluorometholone after laser epithelial keratomileusis （LASEK） and its clinical value. Methods Totally 120 cases （240 eyes ） whoreceived LASEK were included, they were divided into two groupsrandomly, 60 cases （120 eyes） in each group. Patients in control group were given Fluorometholone eye drops, and in experimental group combined with Pranoprofen eye drops. The occurrence of corneal irritation and haze were observedandcompared. Results The corneal irritation in the experimental group was significantly reduced three days after operationcompared with control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） , but there was no significant difference between the two groups at five to seven days after operation （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The occurrence of haze in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in different stages, and the differencespresent statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Fluorometholone combinedwith Pranoprofen can significantly reduce the inilammatory response, alleviate corneal irritation at early stage after LASEK, prevent and control the occurrence of hazeeffectively.
