变应性鼻炎的舌下特异性免疫治疗研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 变应性鼻炎（Allergic Rhinitis,AR）的变应原特异性免疫治疗（allergen-specific immunotherapy,ASIT）由英国医生Noon 于1911年首次报道用于治疗花粉症,过去曾被称为脱敏或减敏疗法.ASIT是目前惟一有可能通过免疫调节作用而改变疾病自然进程的＂对因疗法＂,主要用于治疗AR、哮喘以及昆虫毒液过敏.该疗法传统上采用皮下注射途径,称为皮下免疫治疗（subcutaneousimmunotherapy,SCIT）.1986年,英国药物安全委员会报道了几个由于皮下免疫治疗引起的死亡案例,特异性免疫治疗的安全性显得更为重要.寻找非注射途径的特异性免疫治疗是一些变态反应学者的研究方向,经过舌下-吞咽、舌下-吐出、鼻内等一些非注射途径的特异性免疫治疗的研究,目前公认舌下-吞咽途径的特异性免疫治疗（Sublingual Immunotherapy,SLIT）是安全及有效.
