摘要
目的 观察在儿科护理操作中加强护患沟通技巧给患儿带来的影响并进行分析.方法 分析了我院儿科2013年2-4月期间的住院患儿.将患儿分为两组:对照组48例,年龄3~9岁,平均年龄(6.2±0.3)岁;实验组48例,年龄3.5~10岁,平均年龄(6.8±0.5)岁.患儿年龄无统计学差异,临床资料完善.分别采取了传统的护理操作方法和加强护患沟通技巧的护理操作方法进行对比,并对患儿及家长发放了调查问卷以对比加强护患沟通技巧对患儿的影响.结果 实验组在对护理操作的配合度、患儿及家长的满意度、对疾病本身的影响均明显高于对照组.结论 在儿科护理操作中加强护患沟通技巧,能够有效的提高患儿及家长的满意度,给患儿带来积极的影响,可提高患儿疾病的诊治及护理质量,且可以降低护患纠纷的发生.
Objective To observe the impact of nurse-patient communication skills to the children in the pediatric care operation to strengthen the analysis. Methods Hospitalized children in the pediatric hospital from February 2013 to April 2013. The patients were divided into two groups: the control group of 48 patients, aged 3 to 9 years old, the average age of 6.2 ±0.3 years old; experimental group of 48 patients, aged 3.5 to 10 years, mean age 6.8 ± 0.5 years old. No significant difference in the age of the child, improved the clinical data. Results The satisfaction with the degree of care operation, children and parents, the impact of the disease were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusions Strengthening the operation of the pediatric care nurse-patient communication skills, can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and their parents and have a positive impact in children, which can improve the diagnosis and treatment of children diseases and the quality of care and reduce the occurrence of disputes for nurse-patient.
