摘要
随着中国大学从精英教育转向大众教育,越来越多的大学生将面临严峻的就业问题。尤其是专业性质特殊的公安院校学生,就业方向局限于公安行业,而人民警察招录对象却不限于公安专业,如果学生没有较强的竞争优势,就必将被公安队伍拒之门外。为了让公安院校毕业生实现顺利就业,特以四川警察学院为分析对象,通过解析本院近三年毕业生就业流向在单位性质、地域分布的特点,结合用人单位对他们工作表现的评价,从而挖掘出学生拥有的就业竞争优势,并制定相应的措施加以巩固,以此保证公安院校毕业生就业出路。
Along with the Chinese University from the elite education to the mass education more and more college students facing a serious problem of employment. Especially the police colleges students, their employment direction is limited to the public security industry, but the people's police recruitment objects are not limited to police college students. So if students do not have strong competitive advantages, they will be shut out of the police team. In order to let the police colleges graduates to achieve employment smoothly, so take the Sichuan Police College as the analysis object. Through analyzing characteristics of the graduate employment direction and employers in the past three years ,and combing with the evaluation of their work by the employers, which dig out the students' employment competitive advantage. Then, formulate corresponding measures to consolidate the advantage, which aims to ensure the police college graduates employment.
