高校毕业生就业质量调查与对策研究——以江苏省2010-2012届高校毕业生为例 被引量:4

摘要 利用就业率、薪资水平、工作与专业的相关度、现状满意度和离职率等评价指标,对高校毕业生就业质量进行深入持续的客观评价,并不断提升高校毕业生的就业质量,是当前我国就业工作领域一项突出而紧迫的任务。通过连续三年对江苏省高校毕业生毕业半年后的就业情况跟踪调研发现,江苏省高校毕业生总体就业状况较好,但高校毕业生的就业能力、教学培养中的实习实训、就业指导师资队伍建设等亟待加强,需要政府提供更多渠道的优质公共就业服务,教育主管部门应引导高校合理设置专业以贴近市场需求,高校要健全服务机构、调整课程结构、改善人才培养方式,用人单位应为高校毕业生创造良好的职业环境,大学生应转变就业观念、提高自身的就业能力。 It is currently a prominent and urgent mission in the domestic area of employment to evaluate and to improve employment quality of college graduates, which is measured by indexes such as employment rate, salary, match between employment and education, job satisfaction, job-switching rate. Graduate employment data (6 month after graduation) have been collected within Jiangsu province for three consecutive years. Our study of the data indicates a fairly strong job market for college graduates in Jiangsu. Nonetheless, much in need is better employability of college graduates, as well as integrating real-situation training into teaching and expanding career guidance faculty. We suggest that government should provide career service to the public through more diverse channels; education bureau guide universities in designing programs that prepare students for the job market; universities improve their service, adjust curriculum structure, and rethink their nurturing strategy; employers create pleasant work environment; undergraduate students update their employment expectation and develop their employability.
