高职院校就业指导服务体系构建的对策研究

Strategy Study on Construction of Employment Guidance Service System for Vocational Colleges

随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高职院校毕业生的数量日益增加。当前高职院校就业指导工作中普遍存在着重就业结果,轻就业过程;重就业数量,轻就业质量;重就业推荐,轻就业指导等问题。加强就业指导已成为新形势下提高毕业生就业指导工作质量的重要内容。在对高职院校的就业指导现状深入了解分析基础上,从加强学校就业指导的思想政治教育,建立和健全就业指导服务体系,丰富高职院校就业指导服务体系的内容等方面提出若干对策。

With the rapid development of higher education, the number of vocational college graduates is increasing. Currently, some problems are widely existed in the practice of employment guidance in vocational colleges. Employment outcomes are more preferable than the practice;getting a job is more over weighted than the successful employment; recommendation in job-hunting overweighs counseling service. Consequently, strengthening the employment guidance service has been the critical content for improving the quality of the service for graduates under the new circumstance. Based on the thorough study and analysis on the employment guidance service in vocational colleges, the paper puts forwards quite a few strategies which cover different aspects as how to strengthen moral education, how to establish and perfect the employment guidance service system and how to enrich the content of the system as well.
