摘要
根据轨道交通综合监控系统的特性,对系统RAMS进行分析,制定合理可行的方案,并采取相应的技术手段,保证综合监控系统稳定安全运行。关注系统全生命周期成本,在系统不同的生命周期阶段做出积极的反应和决策,进一步优化成本和整合资源,以实现社会效益和经济效益的双赢。
According to the characteristics of rail transit integrated supervisory control system(ISCS), analysis of the system RAMS,to develop a reasonable program, and to take the appropriate technical means to ensure comprehensive monitoring system stable and secure functioning. Concerned about the system the cost of total life cycle,to make a positive response and decision-making in the different life cycle stages, in order to further the optimization of the costs and integration of resources,in order to achieve the a win-win situation of the social and economic benefits.
