摘要
2012年3月HZ21-1A至FPSO油轮输气海管口出现地层砂,砂粒粒径小于10目;随着生产时间的增加,9~10月海管内含砂量明显增多,并含有粒径1 cm砂粒,出砂严重影响了海管正常生产.为了保障海管正常输气,CACT油田顺利进行了海管冲砂作业.本文进行了理论模拟计算和现场应用总结,为相关作业提供参考.
The size of sand particle, which was found in gas pipeline from HZ211A to FPSO on March 2012, was generally below 10 order, while the sand amount in pipeline obviously increased on Sep. 2012, containing quartz sand size up to 1 cm of quartz sand, which seriously affected production operation. To insure the normal gas transmission, CACT oilfield carried out pipeline sand washing and made a good performance. This article has carried on the theory calculation of numerical simulation and field application, and provides a reference for the relevant work.
