摘要 目的本文建立了羟乙基淀粉130/0.4中2-氯乙醇残留量的GC法。方法以甲醇-乙腈(25∶75为提取液,采用内标法,以2,6-二甲基苯胺为内标,采用HP-FFAP(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)毛细管色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)进行测定。结果在0.25~2.0μg.ml-1浓度范围内,2-氯乙醇与内标物峰面积的比值与含量线性关系良好,r=0.9990,本方法平均回收率为95.0%~104.1%,RSD为2.8%~4.2%,定量限为0.35μg.ml-1。结论本方法灵敏度高,操作简单易行,结果准确可靠。 Objective To establish an internal standard GC method for the determination of 2-chloroethanol residue in hydroxyethyl starch130/0.4.Methods Samples were extracted with methanol and acetonitrile solution.2,6-dimethyl aniline served as the internal standard.A column of HP-FFAP(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)was used with Flame Ionization Detector(FID) as the detector.Results A good linearity was obtained at the concentrations of 0.25-2.0 μg · ml-1 with a correlation of 0.9990.The average recovery was 95.0%-104.1%,with a relative standard deviation of 2.8%-4.2%.The limit of quantity was 0.35 μg · ml-1.Conclusion This method,feasible and accurate,can be used for quality control of 2-chloroethanol in hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4.
