摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定复方紫黄乳膏中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent EclipseXDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(磷酸调节pH为3.0)(30∶70),检测波长265 nm,柱温28℃,流速1 ml.min-1。结果盐酸小檗碱在20~100μg.ml-1范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=107.81 C-409.19(r=0.9993),平均回收率为99.53%,RSD为2.14%。结论该方法操作简便,快速易行,结果准确可靠,可作为复方紫黄乳膏的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in compound Zihuang cream by HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol · L-1 NaH2PO4(adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid).The detection wavelength was at 265 nm at a flow rate of 1 ml · min-1 with the column temperature at 28 ℃.Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 20-100 μg · ml-1 and the regression formulation was A=107.81C-409.19(r=0.9993).The average recovery was 99.53%(RSD=2.14%).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for determination of berberine hydrochloride in compound Zihuang cream.
