HPLC法测定复方竹叶石膏颗粒中野黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Scutellann in Compound Zhuyeshigao Granules by HPLC

目的建立测定复方竹叶石膏颗粒中野黄芩苷含量的方法。方法用HPLC法定量分析处方中的野黄芩苷。色谱柱:VP-ODS(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:甲醇-10%乙腈的0.1%磷酸溶液(20∶80);检测波长:335 nm;流速:1.0 ml.min-1。结果野黄芩苷在67.20～448.00μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,该线性回归方程为:Y=1507 X-1545,r=1.0000(n=5)。平均回收率为99.58%,RSD为1.15%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高,重复性好。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of scutellann in compound Zhuyeshigao granules.Methods VP-ODS（5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm） was used,with methanol-10% acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid（20∶ 80） as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 335 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1.Results The calibration curve of scutellann hydrochloride was linear over the range of 67.20-448.00 μg,and the equation of linear regression was Y=1507X-1545,r=1.0000（n=5）.The average recovery was 99.58%（RSD=1.15 %）,（n=6）.Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate.
