血余炭纳米纤维膜止血作用的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨血余炭纳米纤维膜的止血作用。方法采用静电纺丝技术制备一种新型载药止血材料血余炭纳米纤维膜。制作家兔耳缘静脉与肝脏创面出血模型,采用巴马小型猪建立肝脏、脾脏创伤出血模型,分别用医用纱布、吸收性明胶海绵及血余炭纳米纤维膜进行止血,通过观察止血时间、出血量、组织病理学变化等指标,评价血余炭纳米纤维膜的止血效果。结果与医用纱布组和明胶海绵组比较,血余炭纳米纤维膜组显著缩短家兔耳静脉与肝脏创面止血时间(P<0.05,P<0.01),明显减少肝脏创面出血量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。巴马小型猪出血模型血余炭纳米纤维膜组肝脏、脾脏出血时间明显缩短,出血量显著减少,与明胶海绵组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组织学观察,血余炭纳米纤维膜止血处理的肝、脾创面组织除伴有轻度的充血外,未见有明显的出血、坏死或结节状增生等病理学改变。结论动物实验结果表明血余炭纳米纤维膜具有较好的止血作用,止血效果显著优于明胶海绵和医用纱布,是一种良好的止血材料。 Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of a new hemostat for nano fiber tunic carbonized hair loaded drugs. Methods A new hemostat for nano fiber tunic carbonized hair loaded drugs was prepared using electrospinning technology. A model of rabbit ears with venous incision hemorrhage and rabbit livers was established. A liver and spleen hemorrhagic model was established in Bama miniature pigs. Hemostasis was per-formed with medical gauze, absorbable gelatin sponge and nano fiber tunic carbonized hair loaded drugs. The hemo-static effect was evaluated by total blood loss, hemostatic time and histological observation. Results Compared with the medical gauze group and absorbable gelatin sponge group,nano fiber tunic carbonized hair loaded drugs could not only significantly shorten the bleeding time in rabbit ears with venous incision hemorrhage and liver hemorrhage model,but decrease the volume of bleeding in the liver hemorrhage model( P 〈0. 05, P 〈0.01). Hemostasis study revealed that nano fiber tunic carbonized hair loaded drugs induced no significant pathological change around the liver and spleen. Conclusion The hemostatic effect of nano fiber tunic carbonized hair loaded drugs is better than that of medical gauze and gelatin sponge.
