Optimization of Extraction Technology For Liyan Oral Liquid by Orthogonal Test Method

目的优选利咽口服液最佳提取工艺。方法以有效成分绿原酸得率和浸膏得率为综合评价指标,以溶剂量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,每因素设计3个水平,选用L9(34)表进行实验。结果利咽口服液最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量水回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,提取效果较好,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Liyan oral liquid. Methods The contents of chlorogenic acid and total extraction were chosen as indexes,while the solvent volume,duration and times of ex-traction were selected as factors of influence. The table L9 （34） was used for the experiment. Results The optimal extraction condition of Liyan oral liquid was to reflux the extraction 3 times,1 h each time,with 10 times as much water. Conclusion The process is simple, well-designed, reliable, and highly applicable to the production of Liyan oral liquid.
