急性脑梗死患者血尿酸水平与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的相关研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸水平与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。方法对114例急性脑梗死患者进行血清尿酸水平的测定及颈动脉彩色超声检查,并按颈动脉彩超提示斑块情况分4组,比较不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清尿酸水平。结果组间性别、年龄、血脂、血糖比较无显著差异(P>0.05),随着颈动脉硬化程度的加重,血清尿酸水平呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症对颈动脉粥样硬化的形成起重要作用,且与颈动脉粥样硬化程度呈正相关。
