摘要
针对某玻璃清洁剂喷枪罩注塑件设计了浇注系统,应用MoldfloW/MPI模拟分析软件对浇注系统成型过程进行了模拟,对注塑成型过程中的型腔充填时间、流动前沿处温度、气穴和熔接痕等进行了分析,优化了浇注系统,从而保证了注塑件的质量。
Gating system have been specially designed for a glass cleaner airbrush cover molding.With Moldflow/MPI software,gating system molding process was simulated and cavity filling time,flow front temperature and cavitation welding marks in molding process was analyzed.As a result,an optimum gating system was obtained,which can ensure the quality of moldings.
