摘要
C70型通用敞车安全托板采用热压型,其生产成本较高且工作效率低,成型质量不稳定。通过对零件热压型和冷压型的工作原理进行研究,并且对冷压型过程中原材料的力学性能、回弹、成型圆角、弯曲力以及模具结构等影响因素进行综合分析,采用合理的工艺方法和相关工艺试验,将现有模具成型镶块部分的模具进行结构优化,实现热压型改为冷压型。结果表明,降低了生产成本、减少了动能消耗,且提高了产品质量。
The hot-pressing process used for C70 general open wagon security support plate has a high production cost,a low productivity and the characteristic of product quality instability.Through research on the working principles of hot-pressing and cold-pressing as well as comprehensive analysis of influencing factors such as material mechanical property,springback,molding fillet,bending force and mold structure,the structure of insert part mold was optimized using rational technical method and related technical test.In this way,hotpressing was turned to cold-pressing.The result shows that this improvement can reduce cost and energy consumption as well as improve the product quality.
