摘要
分析了采用金属嵌件模具成型的产品极其易产生毛边的原因,对制件的注塑压力、注塑速度及温度的成型条件进行了优化,试模的结果是产品的不良率从17.5%下降到7.8%。运用"五W分析法",采用弹簧运动机构放置嵌件,彻底消除了金属产品的毛边,大大地提高了生产效益。
Reasons for generating burrs easily in plastic products molding with metal-insert mould was analyzed and molding conditions such as injection pressure,injection speed and temperature were optimized.Mould trial shows that the defective rate decreased from 17.5% to 7.8%.The spring institution was used for placing the metal insert according to "five W analysis",thus eliminating burrs around inserted metal and greatly improving production benefit.
