米曲菌胰酶片治疗老年消化不良疗效观察

Effective observation of Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet in treatment of senile dyspepsia

目的 观察米曲菌胰酶片治疗老年消化不良的疗效和安全性.方法 将120例年龄60～89岁的消化不良患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例.治疗组采用米曲菌胰酶片治疗,每次2片,每天3次;对照组应用多酶片治疗,每次2片,每天3次.疗程均为2周,观察治疗前后两组食欲减退、上腹饱胀、上腹不适、腹泻的各消化不良症状积分变化,计算有效率,同时观察并记录不良事件.结果 治疗2周后,治疗组各消化不良症状积分均小于对照组,症状积分改善较对照组明显,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组食欲减退、上腹饱胀、上腹部不适、腹泻症状改善的有效率分别为90.0%（54/60）、85.0%（51/60）、73.3%（44/60）、51.7%（31/60）,对照组各症状改善的有效率分别为78.3%（47/60）、65.0%（39/60）、50.0%（30/60）、38.3%（23/60）;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组均无严重不良反应发生.结论 米曲菌胰酶片可显著改善老年消化不良症状,安全性良好.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet in treat- ing senile dyspepsia. Methods 120 patients from 60-89 years old with dyspepsia were divided into two groups randomly：treat ment group （n=60） and control group （n=60）. The treatment group received Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet, 3 times a day and 2 tablets each time;the control group was treated with polyzyme tablets, 3 times a day and 2 tablets each time. Course of treatment in both groups were 2 weeks, the integral changes of anorexia, abdominal distention, abdominal disconlfbrt and diarrhea were observed to compute the effective rate, and the adverse events were observed and recorded. Results After 2-week treatment, integrals of various indigestion symptoms in treatment group were all lower than those in control group and the improve- ment of integral in treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group ,the difference had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. The effective rate of anorexia, abdominal distention, abdominal discomfort and diarrhea respectively was 90.0% （54/60）, 85.0% （51/60） ;73.3% （44/60） and 51.7% （31/60） in treatment group,and 78.3% （47/60）, 65.0% （39/60） ,50.0% （30/60） and 38.3% （23/60） in control group. The curative effect in treatment group was prior to that in control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions appeared in both groups. Conclusion Oryz-Aspergillus Enzyme and Pancreatin Tablet can improve the dyspepsia symptoms in the elder significantly with better security.
