摘要
为满足液压缸活塞杆强度和质量要求,引入了活塞杆连续驱动摩擦焊焊接工艺。该文通过设计合理的焊接接头形式和焊接工艺流程,探讨了镀层对摩擦焊接头焊接质量的影响。通过小批量的生产验证、相关检测及装机试验,摩擦焊焊接接头满足了主机的使用和可靠性要求。
In order to meet the tensile strength and quality of the piston rod in cylinder, the continuous-drive friction welding process is introduced. This paper discussed the chemical plating influence of the welding joint through reasonable design of welding joint and welding process. Through unit production, the result of the performance testing and installment testing of the friction welding joint can meet the reliability requirement of the host machine.
