摘要
采用高脂饲料诱导大鼠血脂异常,对藏波罗花提取物进行降血脂药效研究。藏波罗花提取物能够不同程度调节血脂异常;EE65-M对血脂调节更全面,能够极显著降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C和升高HDL-C(P<0.01);WE、EE65-L、EE65-M能够防止动脉粥样硬化(P<0.01);藏波罗花提取物还能够显著降低Lee’S指数和脂肪系数,对肾脏和脾脏有不同程度的改善和保护作用。通过系统预试,EE65主要含有黄酮类、酚类、有机酸类、香豆素类、萜类、甾体类及多糖类物质。
High fat diets induced dyslipidemia rat model was used to study the effect of Incarvillea younghusbandii Sprague extracts.These extracts could regulate rat blood fat in different degrees,especially EE65-M,which could significantly reduce serum TC,TG,LDL-C and increase HDL-C(P〈0.01).WE,EE65-L and EE65-M could prevent dyslipidemia rat model from atherosclerosis(P〈0.01).Additionally,these extracts could significantly reduce Lee' S index and fat index,and provide different degrees of improvement and protection on kidney and spleen.The results of system preliminary test showed that there were mainly flavonoids,phenols,organic acids,coumarins,terpenoids,steroids and polysaccharides contained in EE65.
