摘要
为方便科学研究,设计了以PLC为核心的温度控制仿真试验平台。该平台基于Visual Basic编程语言完成监控界面设计并给出了加热炉仿真模型,具有较好的实用性和通用性。针对温度控制系统具有非线性、纯滞后、大惯性、难以准确控制的特点,给出了基于大林算法的温度控制范例,控制结果表明该算法响应速度快,稳态误差小,具有较好的控制效果。
For the convenience of scientific research,a simulation experimental platform for temperature control is designed based on PLC.In this platform,the monitoring interface and the furnace simulation model are developed base on Visual Basic programming language,which are more practical and versatile.Aiming at the temperature control system with characteristics of nonlinearity,pure time delay,large inertia and difficulty to precise control,a control exemplification based on Dahlin algorithm is given.The control results indicate that this algorithm has fast response speed,small steady state error,and good control effect.
