Analysis about the Reason of Failure to 10kV Power Cable Cold Shrinkable Terminal and the Precautionary Measures

本文通过对宁波万华聚氨酯有限公司两次10kV动力电缆故障事件介绍,并结合实际电缆故障原始照片及相关资料,详细阐述10kV交联聚乙烯动力电缆终端故障产生原因及冷缩终端制作工艺,针对当前施工单位常见的、错误的10kV交联聚乙烯动力电缆冷缩户内终端的制作方法提出纠正并给出相应防范措施及检测方法。

By the introduction of twice failure accidents to 10kV Power Cable of Ningbo Wanhua Polyurethane Company Limited,and combining the original photos and related materials of the cable accidents,the failure reason of cross-linked Polyethylene Power Cable Cold Shrinkable Terminal（PPCCST） and its manufacturing process were discussed in detail,familiar,wrong manufacture methods of PPCCST in the current Construction Units were corrected,and corresponding precautionary measures and detection ways were given.
