新型发电企业标准化管理及文本受控管理分析

通过多年努力,新建的火力发电企业实现标准化管理,建立并完善了以技术标准体系为主体,以管理标准体系为依托,以工作标准体系为手段的企业标准化体系,成功解决了相关纸质版技术标准受控管理所遇到的难题,达到了更好地为生产服务的目的。2011年高分通过电力企业标准化行为良好确认,为首批试点企业及其他企业标准化工作的开展提供了经验,具有一定的借鉴意义。

Through years of efforts, a newly constructed thermal power enterprises realized standardized management. It established and perfected its enterprise standardization system which using technical standard system as its principal part, the management standard system as its support, and working standard system as its methods. The enterprise successfully solved problems they encountered which related to controlled management of paper edition technology standard, with which they are able to serve production better. In 2011, it received certification, with high score, of the electric power enterprise standardization of good practice conformation, which served as a good reference for the first group of pilot enterprises, along with the other enterprises, in the effort to standardize.
