高中美术班中“同伴互补式”专业能力提升策略

摘要 同伴互补学习是一种建立在建构主义理论基础上的学习活动,旨在发挥学生相互学习的潜在能量,促成教学效益的有效提升。在大班化的美术专业教学现状下,以《基础教育课程改革纲要》为导向,依据"建构主义"理论,分析了同伴互补式学习的优势,着重阐述了"同伴互补式"专业能力提升策略,包括理清思路,做好同伴互补学习的前期准备;找准时机,做好互提建议的有序开展;精心筹划,做好互相改画的操作指导与监督。
