摘要
大学生就业是社会关注的热门话题,"蚁族"更是人们关注的焦点,因为它牵涉到了教育公平、户籍改革、社会流动等一系列极具争议的社会议题。"蚁族"的出现,给社会、家庭、个人都带来极大的影响。通过观察"蚁族"就业遭遇的社会排斥的表现形式,研究其产生的社会影响,基于社会排斥理论,可以从政府加强宏观调控、企业树立正确的用人观念、高校改革教育制度和"蚁族"自身转变就业观念四个方面提出解决措施。
The employment of university students, especially the so-called "Ant tribe", is a hot topic of social concerns because the employment of "Ant tribes" involves a series of controversial issues such as educational equity, reform of household registration, social mobility and so on. The occurrence of "Ant tribe" affects the society, family as well as individuals. The forms of social repellence to the em- ployment of ant tribes suggest that the solution to the problem requires the combined effort of the government, enterprises, universities and every member of the ant tribe.
