2002-2010年国内劳动人口高血压知晓治疗和控制率变化情况分析

Analysis on changes of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension among labor population in 2002-2010

目的了解我国劳动人口高血压的知晓、治疗和控制变化情况,为制定适合劳动人口高血压的防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法利用2002年中国居民营养与健康状况调查报告和2010年中国慢性病及其危险因素监测报告数据进行二次分析。结果 2010年18~44岁劳动人口高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为22.0%、13.8%和2.9%,知晓率和治疗率较2002年分别升高了8.4个百分点和4.7个百分点;控制率与2002年相比无差异。45~59岁劳动人口高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为39.1%、31.8%和5.9%,知晓率和治疗率较2002年分别升高了8.1个百分点和6.8个百分点;控制率与2002年相比无差异。结论我国劳动人口高血压知晓率和治疗率较以往有所提高,但仍处于较低水平,高血压控制情况较差。因此,应加强劳动人口健康教育和行为生活方式干预,开展工作场所高血压综合防治管理,提高劳动人口高血压防控水平。

Objective To analyze the changes in awareness,treatment and control of hypertension among labor population.Methods Data collected from China National Nutrition and Health Survey 2002and from China Chronic Disease and Risk Factor Surveillance 2010were reanalyzed.Rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension in labor population were calculated and compared during 2002to 2010.Results The awareness rate and treatment rate increased by 8.4%and 4.7%from 2002to 2010which were 22.0%and 13.8%,while the control rate remained relatively stable at 2.7%-2.9% among labor population aged 18-44 years.Meanwhile,among labor population aged 45-59years,the awareness rate and treatment rate increased by 8.1%and 6.8%from 2002to 2010which were 39.1%and 31.8%,while the control rate remained relatively stable at 5.9%-6.2%..Conclusions Although the awareness and treatment rates of hypertension have been increasing among major labor population in China in the most recent decade,but they still remain in a low level,especially control rate which almost has no change since 2002.Therefore,health education and intervention of hypertension in workplaces should be taken to improve the treatment and control of hypertension among main labor population in China.
