2010-2012年内蒙古林业总医院医院感染现患率调查分析

Investigation on nosocomial infection in Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from 2010 to 2012

目的掌握内蒙古林业总医院感染现患率的变化趋势,提高医护人员预防控制医院感染意识。方法根据2010-2012年3年医院感染现患率调查结果,按SPSS 18.0统计软件对调查结果进行比较分析,率的比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2010-2012年医院感染现患率分别为3.17%、1.72%、2.33%,三年医院感染现患率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.8,P>0.05)。医院感染首位是下呼吸道感染,占49.23%;2012年抗生素使用率明显下降,由2010年的42.76%下降到21.09%;一联用药构成比分别为81.22%、90.27%、93.25%;二联用药构成比分别为17.99%、9.73%、6.75%;三联用药构成比由0.79%降为0;治疗性用药病原学送检率分别为24.15%、71.52%、81.62%。结论现患率调查真实反映医院感染发生情况,可以根据结果有针对性地采取措施,为有效预防和降低医院感染提供科学依据。

Objective To investigate the status of nosocomial infection and to understand the dynamic change of prevalence in order to improve the preventive consciousness of hospital staff.Methods The annual prevalence of nosocomial infection in consecutive three years from 2010to 2012was recorded and analyzed by SPSS 18.0.χ^2 test was used for statistical analysis.Results The prevalences of infection for 3years were 3.16%,1.72%and 2.33% which showed no significant differences（χ^2=0.8,P0.05）.Lower respiratory tract infection was predominant with the infection rate as high as 49.23%.The usage rate of antibiotics decreased from 42.76%in 2010to 21.09% in 2012.The constituent ratios of single antimicrobial usage were 81.22%,90.27% and 93.25%,while the ratios of two antimicrobial combined usage were 17.99%,9.73% and 6.75%.However,the ratio of three antibiotics combined usage dropped from 0.8% to 0.The etiologic test rates for therapeutic medicine were 24.15%,71.52%and 81.62%.Conclusions The prevalences of nosocomial infection for the last three years are relatively stable and the most common infection is found to be lower respiratory tract infection,therefore the usage of antibiotics should be adopted according to the prevalence in order to prevent nosocomial infection.
