陕西省某中医学院在校学生艾滋病知识态度行为现状调查

Surveys on knowledge,attitude and behavior towards AIDS among students in an university of Chinese medicine in Shanxi

目的了解陕西某中医学院在校学生对艾滋病相关知识、态度、危险行为及知识需求现状,为有针对性地开展大学生艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采取随机抽样方法,对中医学院和非医学院校学生进行艾滋病相关知识问卷调查,通过χ2检验了解大学生艾滋病知识、态度和行为及可能的影响因素。数据处理用SPSS 13.0统计软件,率的比较用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果在校大学生艾滋病知识知晓率为82.99%;中医学院学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率为92.15%,非医学院校为80.56%;不同性别大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率,男生为92.15%,女生为81.25%;中医学院大学生对待艾滋病的态度情况与其艾滋病相关知识知晓率呈正相关(r=0.217,P<0.05)。结论中医学院学生虽对艾滋病知识认知较高,但仍需加强对艾滋病相关知识健康教育及行为干预工作。

Objective To assess the knowledge,attitude and behavior towards AIDS among students in an university of Chinese medicine in Shanxi and to understand their needs in order to provide evidence for appropriate AIDS related health education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on students selected randomly from both university of Chinese medicine and non-medical university.Chi-square test was used for data analysis.Results The overall awareness rate was 82.99% with 92.15%in male and 81.25%in female.The rate was higher among students from medical school than those from non-medical school（92.15% vs 80.56%）.The positive correlation was found between the attitude towards AIDS and awareness rate（r= 0.217,P0.05）in students from medical school.Conclusions Although the overall awareness rate is relatively high in terms of AIDS knowledge among students from university of Chinese medicine,AIDS related health education and behavior intervention are still needed to help them know more about AIDS and behave well.
