颍河左堤除险加固工程优化设计与设计变更

摘要 颍河左堤除险加固工程实施过程中,针对实际存在的问题,通过调整局部堤线,优化堤身加培和穿堤建筑物加固方案,变更防汛道路和护岸结构,保证了工程质量,节省了工程投资,节约了土地资源,改善了运行管理和防汛抢险条件,较好地满足了当地经济和社会发展的需要。 Project quality is ensured,project investment is saved,land resources are conserved,in addition,operational management and flood control emergency treatment conditions are improved in Ying River left dike danger removal and reinforcement project implementation process aiming at practical problems by adjusting the local dike line,optimizing levee earth increasing and dick penetrating building reinforcement scheme,and changing flood control roads and embankment structure,thereby better meeting the demand of local economic and social development.
