摘要
新疆恰甫其海水利枢纽工程,由于地质、灌浆等原因,黏土心墙坝工程工期有所滞后,影响到2004年坝体度汛方案的实施。经科学分析,确定了降低防洪挡水高程、采用临时小断面的度汛方案。保证了工程建设的顺利进行。
Xinjiang Qiapuqihai Water Conservancy Project affected the implementation of dam flood program in 2004 due to geological condition,grouting and other reasons as well as delayed clay core dam construction period.The flood program of lowering flood control water baffle elevation and adopting temporary small cross section flood is determined after scientific analysis.The project construction is smoothly conducted by increasing the height of temporary small cross section of upstream cofferdam.
