公立医院的信息披露是解决医疗服务市场信息不对称,促进对公立医院社会监督的基础。本文通过文献研究,综述国内外公立医院信息披露的原因、现状、制度建设、披露框架,以及由此产生的影响,为我国公立医院的信息披露制度建设提供依据。

Public hospital information disclosure is the basement of solving problems raised by information asymmetry in medical market,and it will promote social supervision of public hospitals.This article,as a literature study,overviews the reasons,status,system construction,and framework as well as the impact of public hospital information disclosure both in domestic and foreign,so as to provide the basis for the construction of the information disclosure system of public hospitals in China.
