Administrative Management in Military Hospital and Sanatorium: Status and Countermeasures

通过对军队医院、疗养院多年的行政管理,主要存在人员管理多样化、目标追求多元化、"两外"管理"家门口"化、心理问题突出化、思想认识"边缘"化等五个方面问题,分析存在问题的原因。只有建立完善的管理体系和严格的规章制度,运用教育、行政、制度等管理手段,才能保证全面工作的协调和有序开展。

The author analyzed the administrative management problems and reasons in military hospital and sanatorium,such as various personnel management,multiple life goal,obvious mental problem,cognitive peripherization and lots of soldiers back to family after working time.At present,only integrated management system and strict regulations were established,the measures of education and administration were applied,which would promote overall development of military hospital and sanatorium.
