摘要
目的为了有效避免患者住院错误收费。方法医院设立出院终末审核员,对每一份出院病历进行逐条审核,随时纠正错误,并将错误内容详细登记,定时进行归类分析,医院制定"首错"负责制,根据错误性质落实赏罚规定。结果总结出错误收费的常见原因有:科室护士对用电脑系统处理医嘱操作不细心,临时医嘱执行时间点与次数与实际应用不一致,数据录入错误,计算机后台自动计价时限误差未及时补救等。结论医院重视,严格执行"首错"负责制,及时纠正错误,可有效避免住院患者收费错误的产生。
Objective In order to avoid errors in patients hospitalized charges.Method The hospital has established the terminal auditor in the process of hospital billing;They could review each discharge medical records,at any time to correct the errors,and to log the error details,to timing analysis.The hospital has developed "the first wrong"responsibility system,according to the nature of the errors to implement the punishment regulations.Result The author summarizes the common causes are as follows: The nurses are not careful with computer system for processing doctors' advice,the temporary order execution time point and times are not consistent with actual application,inputted data is error,computer automatic background valuation timing errors are not timely remedy,and so on.Conclusion Hospital should attach much importance,strictly implement the"the first wrong"responsibility system,corrected the errors timely,so as to effectively avoid the charge error.
