海上卫勤训练组织工作的实践与体会

Reflection on the Organizing Maritime Health Service Training

随着海军战略转型和多样化任务的增多,作者结合近些年参加海上卫勤训练的实践,为提升训练效果、提高参训部队卫勤保障能力,要做到:周密细致的筹划部署是保证海上卫勤训练实施的基础;不断创新的训练模式是保持海上卫勤训练活力的源泉;紧张严肃的实训作风是提升海上卫勤训练成效的要求;勤务与技术的高效结合是组织海上卫勤训练工作的目标。

With the transformation of naval strategy and the increasing of diversified military missions,the author pointed out some opinions on raising training effect and improving medical support ability of the training troops and units combining the practice of maritime medical service training in recent years.Firstly,careful and detailed planning and deployment is the base to guarantee the implementation.Secondly,the continuous innovative training mode is the source to maintain the vitality.Thirdly,the nervous and serious training style is the requirement to promote the result.Fourthly,the efficient combination of service and technology is the target.
