摘要
目的在教学医院建立影像学资料管理的高效平台,提高医学影像学教学效果和质量。方法通过问卷方式对医院图像存储与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)运行情况进行调查;结合PACS综合运用多种教学法,初步建立专门用于临床教学的Teaching-PACS(T-PACS)系统;综合运用PACS及T-PACS对本科生的影像学临床教学效果及质量进行评价。结果 PACS系统能满足临床工作的需求,T-PACS能提高影像学教学的效率和质量。结论以PACS为基础的T-PACS用于教学具有很大优势和特点,值得在教学医院应用推广。
Objective To establish management platform for medical imaging materials in teaching hospital,and improve the teaching effect and quality of medical imageology.Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate the operation situation of PACS.Combining with diversified teaching methods,to establish a special teaching PACS for clinical teaching.PACS and T-PACS were used to evaluate the teaching efficiency and quality of medical imageology of undergraduates.Result PACS can meet the demands of clinical work.T-PACS can improve the teaching efficiency and quality of medical imageology.Conclusion T-PACS has great advantages in clinical teaching,is worth popularizing in teaching hospital.
