摘要
以宁波市江北区为例,测算社区卫生服务人力资源,并进行岗位优化的实证分析,提出对宁波市江北区提高人员编制配备标准;在现有人力资源基础上,调整任务分配,有选择性地开展工作;部分科室予以合并整合;建立有效的激励机制;对部分服务实行外包等建议。
Taking Jiangbei District in Ningbo as an example,this paper measured human resources and empirical analysis of position optimization.It is suggested to raise the authorized strength of this district,adjust mission allocation and work selectively,merge and integrate some departments,establish effective incentive mechanisms and outsource some services.
