纳米ATO粉体在改性塑料中的应用

摘要 用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米ATO粉体进行表面改性,再用适当的分散剂将其很好地分散在聚乙烯树脂中,以之制成色母粒,吹制成塑料膜。该塑料膜具有良好的隔热保温性能,可广泛应用于冬季生产蔬菜的塑料大棚。塑料膜隔热性能测试表明,纳米ATO粉体含量达5%时,隔热效果最好;粉体含量大于5%时,由于粉体粒径增大,隔热性能变差。 Nano-ATO powder was modified by titanate coupling agent on surface, and the suitable dispersing agent was dispersed in the polyethylene resin. Polyethylene masterbateh was blew molding plastic film. The plastic film with good thermal insulation properties could be widely used in plastic greenhouses for winter production of vegetables. The test of insulation performance showed that when the content of nano ATO powder was 5%, the heat insulation effect was best. When the content of powder was more than 5%, powder article size in-creased and the heat insulation performance became poor.
