高校青年教师师德师风建设的长效机制研究

随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校教师的需求量逐渐增加,青年教师已成为高校实施教育教学的主力军,但高校部分青年教师在师德师风方面存在一些不尽如人意的地方。从高校青年教师师德师风的现状入手,分析了加强师德建设的重要性和紧迫性,并提出了加强师德建设的具体措施。
