摘要
整车底盘调校工作主要包含前期的竞品分析及目标设定,以及后期三个阶段的实车调试工作。本文以某车型底盘调校工作为例,针对其竞品车分析、目标设定及调校样件规格设定工作进行重点阐述分析。通过对车辆的主观评价进行问题查找分析,找出各主要问题的影响因素和改善方向,制定零部件的修改方案,最终确定底盘调校样件的规格,同时对整车操稳平顺主观目标进行设定。
The vehicle chassis tuning activities mainly contain early benchmarking and target setting, as well as later three- stage actual tuning. Taking the chassis tuning of a particular car as an example, in this paper, benchmarking, target setting and specification setting of tuning sample are mainly elaborated and analyzed. The problems are analyzed based on subjective evaluation to find influencing factors and solutions thereof, and a modification plan is worked out. Finally, the specifications of chassis sample are determined, and the subjective targets of vehicle handling and ride are set as well.
