摘要
行驶平顺性分析在汽车研发过程中是至关重要的组成部分。对某型客车进行研究,利用ADAMS/Car模块建立客车的前后悬架模型、转向系模型、轮胎模型、动力总成模型、横向稳定杆模型和车架柔性体模型等子系统模型,并在ADAMS/Car中将上述模型组建成整车刚柔耦合模型。对建立的模型进行平顺性仿真,并对该客车进行了平顺性实车道路试验。最后利用ADAMS/Insight中的试验设计对整车刚柔耦合模型的悬架参数进行了优化设计。
Vehicle driving comfort analysis is a crucial part in automotive research and development process. Based on a bus of a company in this paper, with ADAMS / Car software, the rigid-flexible coupling bus model is established, including front and rear suspension, steering system model, tyre model, powertrain model, stabilizer bar model, and flexible frame model. Then ride comfort simulation is carried on to the model, and real vehicle tests are done on road. Finally, the design of the bus is optimized on the suspension parameters of rigid-flexible coupling model by ADAMS/Insight design.
